Strawberry Arugula Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 slices Crusty Bread
4 slices Mozzarella (1/4-inch Thick Slices)
⅓ cups Baby Arugula
1 Fresh Strawberry, Hulled And Sliced
1 Radish, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Honey
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
Preparation
Heat 1 tablespoon of the butter in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread, 1 tablespoon each. Grind some pepper on the buttered sides of bread. Layer the mozzarella cheese on the bottom slice of bread, buttered side down. Then add the arugula, strawberries, and radishes. Lastly, drizzle the honey over top of the radishes. Close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread buttered side up. Place it down on the hot skillet. Cook until golden brown on each side, flipping periodically. Total frying time should be approximately 3 minutes a side.
